lyrics

TURN A PAGE

(Copyright 1993 Rob Bender)

1. You've been lookin' for somethin'
That you cannot see,
All the load you've been carrying is
Coming down on me

2 Nothing less, nothing more,
Nothing really matters that mattered before,
Lotsa girlies coming through but
None of them are you.

(Hidden verse)
Take a look, turn a page in a world of make believe
And you know that tonight, it's alright

(Hidden chorus)
For the first time today,
It's alright to say the things
You know you wanna say.

(Hidden verse)
Have you seen, all the spies
In the corners of the eyes
Waiting there, for a small victory

5. You want someone, call on me
You need freeing, I can set you free,
I could be, on your mind
Everyday, all the time

6. Strangers cross like ships at sea, their ardent thoughts lie sound in sprees of
Reasons waged and intertwined, and thoughts that wait late to be lined.
Are you calling? Hear you calling?

7. Though most paths are separate lines, they will together meet sometimes and
If they do then let them show, what seasons new from this will grow
So I say come follow me, into the arms, of destiny,
Only calm tranquillity, and all your troubles are set free.
Are you calling? Hear you calling?
